Job Summary
The Central Services Manager is responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative and operational support functions including infrastructure readiness, facility management, procurement, transport services, asset control, and vendor coordination. This role ensures seamless internal operations that support clinical and non-clinical teams while driving administrative efficiency, cost control, and organizational effectiveness.
Job Descriptions
- Ensure the readiness and functionality of infrastructures to support seamless daily operations and a productive work environment.
- Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure workflow efficiency and productivity across support functions.
- Implement scheduled maintenance plans to preserve facility functionality and minimize operational disruptions.
- Oversee employee accommodation and transport services to enhance convenience and satisfaction, leading to better attendance and morale.
- Manage procurement and inventory of general supplies and equipment to ensure timely availability and cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate daily fleet usage and maintenance to optimize vehicle performance and reduce downtime.
- Monitor fuel usage and process related expenses to maintain budget control and financial accuracy.
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships to secure reliable services and ensure performance accountability.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records to ensure accountability and support timely upgrades or replacements.
- Develop and revise administrative policies to standardize processes and drive compliance and operational efficiency.
- Lead and implement administrative improvement initiatives to streamline support functions, elevate service quality, and align with organizational growth goals.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure accountability, improve execution, and support staff growth.
Job Specifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree and relevant Diplomas or a Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative operations or facilities management, preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, fleet coordination, asset management, and vendor handling.
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills with the ability to manage cross-functional operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, organizational discipline, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with facility management systems.
