Yangon, Myanmar, 8 January 2026 — CLL HEALTH is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of Ingyin Phyu Laboratory and Ingyin Phyu Clinic, two established healthcare providers located in central Mandalay. This strategic expansion enhances CLL HEALTH’s diagnostic and ambulatory care capabilities in Upper Myanmar and supports its growing network of services across the country.
Rooted in more than three decades of healthcare leadership, CLL HEALTH is advancing its commitment to deliver coordinated, life-course care—connecting patients to high-quality diagnostic services, primary care, and specialty support within a unified system.
“With these additions, we will be able to offer more comprehensive primary care and specialty services to serve more patients in Mandalay and the region, expanding our healthcare footprints,” said Dr. Win Zaw Aung, Founder and CEO of CLL HEALTH. “This has manifested as a key milestone in the continued development of our integrated delivery network (IDN).”
Ingyin Phyu brings more than a decade of trusted healthcare service to the region. Established in 2008 and 2012 respectively, Ingyin Phyu Diagnostic Laboratory and Ingyin Phyu Specialist Clinic have earned a reputation for accuracy, clinical quality, and patient-centred care. Their teams share CLL HEALTH’s belief in delivering care that is respectful, compassionate, and anchored in professional excellence.

CLL HEALTH—𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆—embodies decades of healthcare excellence. Our journey began with pioneering initiatives such as OEC (Option Endoscopy Centre) in 1994, Myanmar’s first private endoscopy centre, and Aryu Thuka Multi-specialty Clinic in 1998, the first of its kind in Upper Myanmar. We set another milestone with BFC (Bahosi Fertility Centre) in 2006, the nation’s first IVF centre. We also launched Myanmar’s first international joint venture in medical-based laboratory services through N Health Asia. In 2023, we acquired the nationwide RIGHT Laboratory network, further expanding our capabilities and reach.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we took a leading role in private-sector response, including launching the CLL Immunisation Centre in 2022. Our commitment to integrating existing and future diagnostic and care services remains at the heart of CLL HEALTH—a comprehensive healthcare delivery network dedicated to advancing personalised care and holistic well-being for our clients and communities.
