Registered Nurse

We are currently seeking to urgently fill the following position for employment at one of the business entities of CLL Health Holdings under Sea Lion CLL Holdings.

Job Description

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including administering medications, injections, IV therapy, wound dressing, and other prescribed procedures.
• Perform ECG, monitor patient progress, and provide patient education on prescribed treatments and self-care practices.
• Assist in specialist OPD clinics, and other medical procedures as needed.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, report to physicians and follow medical instructions promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient records in both digital and physical formats.
• Work across various clinical units and adapt to rotating duty schedules as assigned.
• Actively participate in CNEs and case discussions to stay updated on best
  practices and improve service quality.
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinical equipment and adhere to infection prevention protocols.
• Foster respectful communication and collaboration with colleagues, patients, and supervisors.
• Uphold medical ethics, organization policies, and professional standards while contributing to a safe and reputable healthcare environment.

Job Specifications

• B.N.Sc or Diploma in Nursing
• Possession of a valid nursing license is mandatory.
• Minimum (2) years of experiences as registered nurse in healthcare setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and quality nursing care.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and varying schedules.
• Commitment to maintaining professionalism and adhering to ethical standards.
