We are currently seeking to urgently fill the following positions for employment at one of the clinics under CLL HEALTH Holdings.

Job Description 

• Supervise in dispensing medications to patients based on prescriptions. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding pharmaceutical dispensing. 
• Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and medications. 
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure availability and minimize wastage. 
• Supervise pharmacy assistants and other pharmacy staff and conduct training to enhance the knowledge and skills of team members. 
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in pharmacy practice, medications, and healthcare regulations. 
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and clinic operations. 
• Develop and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. 

Job Specification 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy. 
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and medication therapy management principles. 
• Excellent communication and patient counselling skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. 
• Proficiency in MS office and fluency in both spoken and written English. 
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. 
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, long days and weekends, as needed.
